Terms of Services
The delivery time for the products is:
- 2−4 business days in Finland
- 3-10 business days in Europe and Russia
If any of the products that you have ordered are not available, we will notify you of this and only deliver the products that are available. If the delivery time of a product differs considerably from the aforementioned delivery time, we will notify our customers about this on the product's page. If a customer wishes to receive a product by a certain date, they must specify this request separately, e.g. when placing their order. We will try to take this wish into consideration if it is possible to do so.
Nopain.fi delivers products in Europe and Russia. All deliveries are made via the Finnish postal service Posti, Matkahuolto Oy and DHL, and, if necessary, with the help of their partners’ services. When using any other delivery services, the costs will be agreed upon together with the customer.
All unused products that have been ordered from the nopain.fi online store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receiving the products in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The limitations to the right to return a product are specified in Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act. In accordance with the EU Directive that entered into force on 1 June 2014, the customer must notify the seller of their intent to return a product in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org and receive confirmation for the return.
Product condition and return
When returning a product, it must be in flawless condition. Any product packaging should be opened with care. The products that are to be returned must be packaged in a way that they are not damaged during
transport. The product must be returned in its original packaging so that it is in good sales condition.
Return contact details
When returning a product, the customer must include their contact details and bank account number so that they can be refunded. Remember to include all the documents that are related to your order in your return to
speed up the returns process. If you paid for your purchase with a credit card, your card will be refunded. If you paid for your purchase with an online banking account, your account will be refunded.
The shipping costs of the return are paid for by the customer. Deliveries broken during transport and complaints Check the condition of the product as soon as you have received it. If the product has been damaged during transport, notify us about the matter immediately and get in touch with our customer service department so that we can initiate any necessary further actions. GreenACT Oy is not responsible if the delivery of an order is prevented, hindered or delayed by a matter that is beyond GreenACT Oy’s control, such as a war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision by an authority, general traffic disturbance or other similar activity that hinders or prevents NoPain Oy from carrying out its operations.
