Placing an order does not require registration. However, when placing their first order, the consumer can register as a consumer in the customer register of GreenACT Oy by providing the requested information.

When registering, the consumer must consent to GreenACT Oy registering their personal data in the customer register. GreenACT Oy's customer data is confidential. GreenACT Oy undertakes not to transfer its customer data to any third parties.

The consumer must agree to be attentive and careful when using the online store.


Binding nature of orders

All communication between the parties will happen either by email or phone. After placing an order, the consumer undertakes to check their email to see that they have received the order confirmation.

The binding trade agreement enters into force when nopain.fi has sent the order confirmation by email.

Before the order is shipped, the consumer has the right to cancel the entire order or part of the order by email or phone. The order is considered shipped when the consumer has been notified that the order has been shipped.



All prices include VAT. The current valid price can be seen on the online store. The current valid price is in euros (EUR), and on the Russian-language version in rubles (RUB).

Payment services are provided by Checkout Finland Oy. At the moment of payment, the customer is connected to the website of the Checkout service via a secure HTTPS connection. The connection is always encrypted and the service cannot be used without an encrypted connection.


Settlement of disputes

Any disputes or disagreements arising from this Distance Sales Agreement are governed by Finnish law.
